    Problem with eSignal data/charts/superDOM

    Hello,
    I just get NT set up yesterday. It has connected properly to my IB account and executes as designed through the orders tab. I've created the connection for eSignal as well, and I get the green "Connected" light at the bottom left for both. However, when I connect to eSignal, I get an error message in the log "Requested market data is not subscribed. 354." I get this message even when all the subscriptions except the tick server are left blank. I'm unable to use the SuperDOM, and when I try to create a chart, I get error "Historical Market Data Service error message: No market data permissions for GLOBEX FUT NoHistoricalData." I have eSignal premier and I'm watching ES at the moment through their program with the exact same login info with no problems. Any suggestions?

    So that I may further assist you please answer the following questions.

    - Are you currently running eSignal via a proxy server?

    - Is the enable tracing option checked on?

    - In what sequence are you connecting?

    - Can you receive data when solely connecting to eSignal?

      1- No, I run from home on a cable connection with 2 computers on a router.
      2- I can't find that option, so not sure at the moment

      3- Initially, I had my eSignal open before, then opened NT/IB, then opened the eSignal connection through NT. I tried disconnecting eSignal through NT, closing my regular eSignal program and reconnecting through NT only, but that still gave the same errors.

      4- My normal eSignal program and data feed are working just fine on their own.
