unable to log on with new ninjatrader?

I usually have a demo ninjatrader running using mirus zenfire demo as my data feed.

Since I upgraded to the new ninjatrader earlier today, I just get the message:
''login failed: please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection''

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi subterfuge,

Thank you for your post.

With Zen-Fire the most current NinjaTrader version of 7.0.1000.5 should work and so with your connection can you please remove, repair and recreate the connection:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• To repair please go to Tools-->Options-->Data-->Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Then if the issue persists can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please include your log and trace diagnostic files:
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’
