Error on loading chart data: Native error (-14): You are not entitled ...

I am receiving the following error message when attempting to pull eSignal data through NT:

"Error on loading chart data: Native error (-14): You are not entitled for this service"

It IS NOT eSignal related as it has been indicated previously by NT support becuase I can view the effected symbol just fine within eSignal.

Can anyone shed some light on the situation? I am using NT v7.0.0.19

Fixed

Not sure what it was but after indicating I was interested in the continuous contract for the mini russell, was instructed by NT support to just enter the symbol as "TF ##-##" and it popped up perfectly.
