Connecting to multiple brokers

I tried for the first time today to connect to 2 brokers. I first upgrade my license to the multi-broker version. I setup both brokers and I get that Zenfire cannot open a second instance. I have Mirus/Zenfire && Optimus/Rithimc as my 2 brokers. How can I connect to both brokers and trade both accounts at the same time?

Hello,

I believe you sent in a email request on this item as well. It is not needed to open multiple request.

I have assigned your ticket to sales since it is not possible to use these two connections at the same time as the accounts would need to be merged under one account which is not possible when you have different brokers. They will answer your email ticket on Monday to get you squared away.
