Opening a DOM crashes Ninjatrader

Hi,

I am using NT 7 on a Kinetick feed on an up to date version of windows XP Pro.

Whenever I try to open a DOM - Static or Dynamic - Ninjatrader crashes.

Please Help!

Can you please restart the software and see if you can send an email from within the software under Help--> Mail to Support. Make sure sure Logs and Traces are checked and refer to this post.

Hi,

I have restarted NT several times, reset and repaired teh database, reset the instrument list, removed custom ninjascripts and basically done everything I can think of bar uninstalling.

I have sent an email as you requested.
