Trouble with eSignal Connection

I have been unable to connect to eSignal for last couple of days. It just started happening for no apparent reason since I did not make any changes to eSignal or NinjatTrader. When I try to connect to eSignal, the message in the bottom left corner indicates "Connecting - ESignal" but the connection never establishes. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you provide me with your login credentials used in your eSignal account connection. That way I can test it on my end. Please send it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com and refer Jason in the subject header.

Connecting to E-Signal

I managed to connect to my E-Signal account from Ninja, but you can only set the Tick Server host and Daily server host, I suppose depending on your level of services.

When all the feed servers were picked, the connection failed once it tried to connect to the level II server.

My question, is how can I ensure that when NinjaTrader starts up, it automatically connects to my E-Signal data connection? I am running this in a 100% automated manner, so when I schedule NinjaTrader to start, I want it to connect to E-Signal by default. Are there start-up options or something?
