unable to connect with zen fire

      Hello
      I disconnecte my firewall and a versin of nt7 came up that was simulation only and didnt have by Mirus connection listed on "connect".Also on trying to set up a new miru sconnection,"zen fire " is no longer listed on the selection list of connection sources or types.I have no idea where t ostart with this.Thanks.

        Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
        1.) A link to this forum thread.

        2.) A copy of your license key. You'll find that key in the Help > License Key menu.

        3.) A copy of today's trace file.
        You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
        The file I'm looking for would be named 'trace.20110919.txt'.

            Not able to Log into zenfire demo

            I signed up for a free demo of Zenfire. After setting up the connection as per instructions, I am not able to login to the demo account.. I have Ninjatrader 7.1.0000.9 officially purchased version
