Flatten everything not working

I have instances when I click on "flatten everything" under the file menu, nothing happens. No positions close and no orders canceled. Neither does this work through the NtDirect dll. Similarly, when I send the command to "closeposition" from easylanguage, nothing happens. This is not always true as these commands sometimes work, but sometimes not.

We're not aware of issues here. Can you please send in your trace / log files using Help > Mail to support feature and we will look into what NinjaTrader was doing when you clicked Flatten Everything?
