Kinetick lost connections

My internet is not 100% reliable and once in a while I temporarily lose my connection to Kinetick. When the connection re-establishes, I find that my charts aren’t updating. In order to get the charts updating again, I have to manually disconnect from Kinetick and then reconnect. This doesn’t work for semi-unattended automated trading.

Is there a way to ensure that my charts will start automatically updating after the rare inevitable lost connections?

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Let me know when this occurs if the Kinetick connection show Red in the lower left hand corner or does it remain Green?
3.) Your most current trace and log files for the last day this occurred.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
