Unfortunately, this data cannot be used within NinjaTrader. This is due to an incompatibility between NinjaTrader and the required addition of '=1' in the symbol's mapping.

There is no work-around possible to overcome this limitation currently, but a change is being considered by development.

Should add that the Kinetick datafeed service does support CME Waiver program with Dorman.

I'm using the Dorman Waiver for Esignal. This requires a special code =1 to tell
the data feed to get the info, for example, crude, from Globex and not usual exchange.

?, How do I setup a special symbol in Ninja 6.5 and 7?

For instance, I'm trying to load this esignal symbol:

Cl M1=1 for June Crude
