Time and Sales Window

Next time this happens, please select the same stock in the Orders Tab. The Daily High price is displayed their. Then send me an image of the Control Center and the T&S window that has the problem. Basically, I want to see what the Daily High price is being reported by IB and if that is the problem or a logic problem in the T&S window.

Here I am posting a T&S screenshot.Assuming that the transactions are going on live right now,please let me know about what can inferred from this T&S as the current transactions are going.

Does this screenshot prompts us to buy immediately, sell immediately or do nothing or something else?
