Non-executed orders
I placed a sell stop last night and put my computer into sleep mode, thinking the stop resided on MB Trading side. I come in this morning only find a missed a big move down, and my stop triggers right as I reconnet with MBT. Apparently, my computer has to be on in order for my buy/sell stop and limits to trigger? I take it the order doesn't reside with MB Trading.

Hello sesplin
For MB Trading:
• Orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the exchange or on MBT's servers in situations where the exchange does not have native support for an order type.
• OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality is simulated on your local PC.
Please provide more detail as to how this sell stop order had been entered; e.g. part of an ATM strategyChipNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello
Thank you for the clarification. In the case of using an ATM Strategy, these orders are managed on the local PC. Therefore you will need to maintain you internet & brokerage connection so that these strategies can be updated.
For more specific detail about this item, you will want to review the ‘OCO’ Handling section at the following:
