superdom esignal no market depth

I am having two problems that may be related with the superdom and esignal as my data feed. I can pull up only one ticker but when I try a second I can try various tickers and nothing pulls up. So only one pulls up, then the other problem is that the one that pulls up there is no bid ask size data. According to esignal I have this information?

I suspect that your eSignal account does not have level 2 data enabled on the instrument you are trying to pull up. For me to check this however you can email me at support at NinjaTrader dot com and reference this forum post and we can test your account on our side to see if this is the case.
