PFG API Disconnect

hello,

For the error message: 'Login Failed: PFGSocket_OnDisconnect - Connection Was Terminated (-7)':

1. Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
2. Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Data tab --> click Repair DB
3. Restart NinjaTrader
4. Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

For the error message: Trade Server Socket Error Code: 10053 Network connection aborted by local host (10053).

Can you please send me your PFG connection information so I can test your PFG connection on my end. I will need the following information.

◦Account number
◦Access key
◦Order server IP address and port number
◦Quotes server IP address and port number
◦Historical minute data server IP address and port number
◦Historical tick data server IP address and port number

Please send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

Can you please include your latest log and trace files as well. You can find log and trace files at the following locations.

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110502 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
