Fib snap to issue

Just updated to 7.1.4 and have a weird issue when trying to attach Fib anchors. No matter what way I choose to snap to I can't get the anchors to attach in .25 point increments, when the cursor is at 1330.25 for ex. the Fib handle will read 1330.09 and at times won't even "attach" to the price point I want...it will bounce around a price but not attach to the exact price. I have tried each snap to option and get strange behavior with each.

This specific issue was on the retracement tool, just tried the extension tool and found the same issue.

Can you let us know which snap mode you're using, and verify the price level of the 0 % line. This is the anchor point for the end click. When set to mode price, it should move among price levels at even tick intervals. A screenshot of your chart may be helpful in seeing how your object is placed. Can save chart screenshots with the right click > image feature.

Here is a pic of a chart with a fib retracement set to price mode. Notice the 0 line is @ 30.31
