I have not tried any other expirations as I won't be trading any other expirations, but I'm also getting this issue on soybeans. But none of the metals, indices, etc... Just says "Loading data..." and does nothing.

      Hello JoshDance,

This is due to the rollover date as per the ZW 07-11 expiry. It is set to 4/29/2011. So if you currently create a ZW 07-11 chart, it loads all historical data from the 05-11 expiry and combines it with real-time data from the 07-11 expiry.

The ZS 07-11 uses 9/24/2011 rollover date. This must be incorrect since the 08-11 expiry uses an earlier rollover date. I am not sure what date is used, but I suspect it would be similar as the Wheat. I suggest to check the CME website for the exact rollover date.

I'm in the same boat. All my instruments are doing fine, but ZS and ZL (both soy related) stopped having any data in charts after the 05-11. If pull either on the static super DOM it populates with some data, but it doesn't change.

Is there some way to check on the data servers or with ZenFire?

          Hello,

This should be fixed the current release of NT V7.0.1000.6.

Please make sure you are on this version and then reset your instruments.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

I'm on .6 and reset my instruments again just for good measure. Still broken.

I also tried loading data for ZL ##-## on a fresh install of NT 7 on a new system and I get the same thing.
Further digging in to this I get the same results for ZS ##-## and ZM ##-## and ZS 07-11 and ZM 07-11.

These are all related to Soy. All of my other instruments are doing fine.

I'm fairly certain this is not something wrong on any of my NT clients but with the data feed.

Let me know if there is any other test I can do to help figure this out.
