Average position and PnL flag

    Average position and PnL flag

    For some reason I am not seeing the Average position and PnL flag on some of my charts. I can see the buy and sell arrows. Is there a reason for it?

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you submitting orders via the SuperDOM or Chart Trader?

    If you are using the SuperDOM please enable Chart Trader and confirm you have the same account selected within both the SuperDOM and Chart Trader.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      I am submitting orders via the Chart Trader. In some charts is ok but some of them it is not shown even though it is shown in the Control Center as a position...The Buy and Sell arrows are not shown in those charts either...

        Please close all your open workspaces by going to the Control Panel-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace

        After you have closed all workspaces please create a new workspace by going to the Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace

        Within the new workspace please open a new chart with no template or indicators applied and let me know if the issue persists.

          I did what you instructed, still the same problem, although I noticed that it is to specific symbols AUDJPY and CADJPY see screenshot below

            Can you tell me what version of NinjaTrader you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About. Also what version of IB TWS do you currently have installed?

                Can you please tell me what version of TWS you currently have installed. If you do not have TWS 911.3 installed please uninstall your current version and install the required version at the link below:

                  The link for TWS you sent is an older version no longer available... I get this message..
                  "Unfortunately, the page you are looking for is no longer available"

                            Hi designer,

                            1.) You're under no obligation to do so, but if you're willing to install we always recommend that you run the most current release.

                            2.) TWS is fully compatible with that operating system.

                              I followed Christopher's instructions and still no luck. Same symbols with no coordination between TWS and NT Control Panel and charts see screenshot. The orders are sent but not shown in Control Center nor NT charts...
