No data

Morning,

Email to support isn't working so, here instead.

Not showing past 24 hours of data on chart. Just shows yesterday's bars and the current bar, nothing inbetween. Reloading doesn't help. Repairing DB doesn't work.

What to do?

3.) Which instrument are you charting?

Hi stevescott05,

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire and reset NinjaTrader's instrument list. Next, restart NinjaTrader and check to see if data is available.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
