LFR and Zen Fire

Hello,

I trade the Long Gilt future on LIFFE (LFR) through Mirus/Zen. Every time I do anything with it that entails loading data, I get the pop up box that LFR is not supported on the Ninja data server (I also get an email because I get these emailed to me)

Could something please be done about this - it's really annoying. Maybe support it, or let me know if there's someway I can get rid of the message (without specifying no bars required - I still need the data but it comes from the live feed)

Hi Dave, thanks for the post and suggestion : I'll forward your request to support the R on Liffe for our data server. I was unsuccessfull though to trigger the error message you see - in which setup do you use it? Which NT7 version are you on and which other datafeeds are being used and in which order?

Only Zen Fire.

Have you got live prices for it? Perhaps Ninja supports R not LFR.

Thanks Dave - I just used our R symbol and entered the Zen map LFR which gives me realtime prices, but no backfill as it would not be tracked on the server, however I don't see the pop-up then on my end.

For some reason I had to do LFR as the master instrument to get any prices. Can you try that? What symbol does the NT data server use?

Dave, I see the popup too with a new master instrument used, so my suggestion for you would be using simply the R one with the map set to LFR for ZenFire - we've added your suggestion to track LFR on our server under # 886.

As I said, I get no live prices with R, only with LFR, so that is not a solution.

Dave, I'm not sure why that would be the case - is your R symbol using the Zen map set to LFR and LIFFE exchange on the instrument list? Did you restart NT7 fresh after incorporating the map changes?

Ok, then what expiry and session template are you using? Is there any data coming into your Control Center for it?

Expiry is 06-11. Template is Default 24/7.

No, there is no data! That is what I mean by 'no live prices' The order tab just says n/a in all the price boxes..

Hmm, that's weird Dave, I just rechecked mine and can get realtime data for R 06-11 in my Control Center on Zen - are you 100% you added the symbol with LIFFE to your instrument list? What if you reset instrument, add the map and then move to instrument list with LIFFE and then restart NT7 fresh and retest? Still no data?
