Chart freezes when symbol changed

Hello, my 1 min chart freezes when i try to change symbols. The last log says "The application is now locked 438".please let me know how to proceed. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Regarding this issue can you please send and email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and manually attach the log and trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’

Please reference this thread when sending that email, and also clarify which provider you are using, and which instruments you are viewing when this occurs.
