Continuing problems

I am still having continuing problems with 64 bit Ninja 7. It usually crashes with a big red "X" over my fast time frame range chart usually a 4 range. Then today I noticed that it loaded two of each chart I had opened rather than one. This problem happened twice today, and I do not understand why? There should be something in the program to prevent the loading of extra charts. I only clicked once on my workspace to open it? If anyone can help with these ongoing problems please let me know. In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your most current log and trace files.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20110418txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20110418.txt’

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
