Mini Chart Windows and Not Responding

Greetings,

I am getting a Not Responding from NT 7

If I remove the Workspaces.xlm file and start it, I can get it started but when I load a workspace it freezes.

I have attached an image showing the result.
The circled Cyan area seem to be unusual.

These are 'mini' chart windows that never go away when it is frozen.

What causes this?

I've seen them briefly before in NT6.5 and NT7 but usually they disappear after the chart refreshes.

This is on NT7.0.1000.4

Are you running any custom indicators or 3rd party assemblies on this workspace?

Are you getting any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
