IB not in the symbol map

Hello,
my problem is that I can't find Interactive Broker in the symbol map and am therefore unable to import realtime data from my IB acount.

Do you know how I can add IB to the symbol map?

Can you please tell me which version of NinjaTrader you are using, NT V6.5.1000.19 or NT V7.0.1000.4? You can check this under Help--> About.

Are you currently connected to Interactive Brokers? Or do you have a connection to another brokerage?

If you click on Help--> About, do you see Interactive Brokers listed in the list of providers?

I'm using version NT V7.0.1000.4.

Do you mean if my ninjatrader is connected to IB or if I'm loged in my IB account?

IB is not listed in the list of licensed providers.

Please send me an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include a copy of your license key and 'Attn Matthew' in the subject line.

You will find the license key under Help--> License key

I will need to look up your license in our database to verify who you are licensed to connect with.
