Feature Request: Dynamic Trail

Hello Ninjatrader,

I would like to suggest the following feature for Ninjatrader ATM.

- Allow the user to change the trail settings on any Active ATM strategy on the fly.

- For example I have a open position and the markets are getting choppy or some fundamental news is about to be released. In this scenario, I might like to tighten or loosen up my trail. Allow the user to change the Profit Target, Offset and Frequency for that Active ATM strategy / position.

- At the time we open a position, we choose an ATM strategy based on the information at hand but markets are volatile and strategy you choose a few hours ago might not be suitable. The user can change the stop loss and profit target on the fly, why not allow changing the trail parameters too?

Hello traderji,

You can currently adjust stop strategy settings for a trade in progress. Right Click on a stop loss order in a specific column(buy or sell) to see these options.

In order to change, you must first disable (by unchecking it), then set the properties the way you'd like, and enable again.

Hi Ryan,

I should have specified that I was talking about chart trader and forex instruments. I don't think FXPro DOM allows editing ATM parameters on the fly?

Thanks for clarifying - you're correct - you would need to use the DOM for those purposes.
