NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.5 has not yet been released, but will be coming soon. When NT 7.0.1000.5 has been released we'll enable a in-software announcement which will notify you of the release when NinjaTrader starts up.

At this time we don't have any plans for 7.0.1000.6 since we are not aware of any pending issues related to the upcoming CME changes.

I just read the installer. I have to uninstall SP1. To install vs 4 I had to install SP1. It took about 3 hours. Is this a joke???

Sorry to hear of your frustration.

When upgrading from a pre-7.0.1000.4 version of the software, you will need to uninstall SP 1 prior to upgrading. If upgrading from .4 to .5, or if installing NinjaTrader for the first time, there is no requirement that you uninstall SP1.

No, you do not need to uninstall SP1.

If you'll look back at the upgrade instructions, you'll see that those instructions are to be followed only if upgrading from 7.0.1000.2 or before. Since you're upgrading from 7.0.1000.4 the instructions do not apply to you.
