Version 7 SuperDOM slower than Versio 6.5?

Hello,

I sent the informations last week - and now? No solution? Should i realy pay for a program with a lot of bugs? For example: You need mostly more mouseklicks to get the same as in Version 6, There is no 'from date' field in Data series window (realy bad!), NT 7 calculates sometimes wrong values (seems a problem with startup), and so on.... Now i got no more historical data for NT6... How says Queen Mom? I am not amused!!!!

Hi Jens, I'm sorry but don't recall seeing this files coming in to our system here - which ticket # did you get assigned? Could you please post or PM that to me? For 6.5 historical data access: are you sure you're running on the latest version R19?

What other 'bugs' are you exactly referring to? Would you mind providing me steps to reproduce on our end here so I could forward them to our developers to closely investigate?
