Price Markers incorrect

Hello,

On the Chart, with ChartTrader, the price markers are placing on the chart about an hour behind the correct place.

I upgraded to the latest version 1000.4 and it still happens

Please advise...thanks

Thank you for your post.

Could you tell me the following:

- Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

- What instrument have you selected?

- What interval is selected? (e.g. 5min, 150 Tick)

- Is your PC clock synced?

You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

- Are you running Windows XP?

There is an additional step you need to take for syncing your clock if you are running Windows XP.

strangest thing...it is now working...

I was having a hardware problems and may have fixed it....and now the price markers are in the right place...

though I tested the pricemarker several times before posting..
