I have multiple templates for automated strategies. I want to put each template on a chart and save to a workspace and then each morning I can just turn the template on. What happens when i do this is that my strategy will not work properly until I open up new charts. How can I get around this?

Sorry not quite following. Can you please reclarify the following.
Templates are what you use to save your chart settings.
Are you running NinjaScrip Strategies?
When you say start how exactly are you starting them and how do you know there not running? What do you mean by does not work properly?
Can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader you are using this is located in the Control Center under Help->About and is to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.
