google and tokyo exchange failed

I'm trying to download from google connection some stocks.

I have first check on google finance for a valid ticker: for instance 4088 (or TYO:4088 is OK).

I have create an instrument list (i didn't find TKY or TYO market so I choose TSE) and import 4088 and 4401.

After that i have to download quotes via google connection: result, panic with the 2 symbol.

I have also tried to map with TYO: prefix but with same result.

please ,could someone help me .

Unfortunately, instruments whose symbol consists only of numbers are not supported. This is a limitation of NinjaTrader as it exists currently.
