Strange Cursor Behavior

Hi,
(1) I tried to move the cursor and found some strange behavior.

(2) The attachments might help explain the case.

(a) Attachment 1 : Where I place the cursor.

(b) Attachment 2 : I dragged the cursor to the right and a "long rectangle box" appeared at the bottom of the chart and the cursor was not moving.

(c) After a few seconds the "long rectangle box" disappeared and the cursor was shown.

(3) I suspected it was caused by my indicator, but I tried the NT built in "SMA" indicator, the problem still persists. Any advice is much appreciated.
