Thanks for the forum post.

In NInjaTrader 7 we use SSL for more secure connections. Which require SSL to be functioning on your PC.

Can you please check that the year and time and date is set correctly on your PC as this is the #1 cause of SSL errors.

Also, if still issues. Can you please let me know what connection you are not are able to login to with NinjaTrader 7?

I have the same problem. I can get into a previous version of 7, but not the latest. Setup on two computers, both running windows 7. One works and the other doesn't. Any ideas?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum.

Can you please close NinjaTrader and then sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

Then if the issue persists can you please clarify which data provider you are using, and then in the instance that the issue is occurring can you please go to Help > About and please clarify the version of NinjaTrader you are using.
