Silver Contract

    Silver Contract

    I use Ninja Trader 64-bit 7.0.1000.3 with a Zen-Fire feed and Mirus brokerage. I am not getting live data for the Silver contract SI 05-11. I deleted all of the silver contracts from Instrument manager and reloaded them but still no live data. I also use Kinetick as a second connection at the same time I use the Zen-fire contract.

    Thank you for post.

    Please upgrade to the current version of NT V7.0.1000.4. You can upgrade by going to Help--> Download site and downloading the current production version.

    After upgrading, if you still experience issues, I would suggest resetting your instruments.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


    Then restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you see further issues.
