Switched Timezones & Now Historical Data is Wrong
Hi,
I'm in the Eastern Time Zone. I switched the time zone on my computer to the Pacific time zone and now when I pull up a chart, the chart data for the ^TRIN is incorrect. I am using Kinetick as my data provider.Tags: None

As an example, the chart is showing that the 6:45 am pst (9:45 am est) closing price of the ^TRIN as 1.02. The correct value of the ^TRIN for 6:35 am pst should be 0.65Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Chip View PostHello
Thank you for your post.
Please provide more detail on how you determined the data is incorrect.

After you changed your PC clock, did you restart your PC?
Yes. I rebooted the computer
Is this the Free end of day Kinetick or the real-time Kinetick data feed?
This is real-time Kinetick feed.
What interval chart are you using?
1-minute chart
Are you getting incorrect data with any other instruments?
Everything seems to work fine with stocks. I haven't checked any other instruments besides stocks but it appears to work fine with stocks but not with the TRIN.

Hello,
This is very strange. Finally, Can you please send a screenshot of your chart and time on your PC. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
I look forward to assisting you further.BrettNinjaTrader Product Management
