    instrument woes after upgrade

    Hi, I did a upgrade from version 6.5 to 7 (latest version)

    In the Instrument Manager I am unable to load anything.

    I notice the Exchange tab is blank.

    A check with version 6.5 shows Globex

    Can you please goto Control Center->Help->Mail to support and reference this forum post and include a check mark for database so that I can look into this on my side as this is very strange based on what you described.

    I look forward to assisting you further.
