Strategy Analyser / Control Centre Abort button

Could you please help me?

Sometimes when I am running backtests in Strategy Analyser the Abort button is not available in the Control Centre. I think this is when I am running multi-instrument / multi-timeframe strategies. Is there correct?

drolles, the abort button is typically not available when you are running only a single instance of a backtest. This could be a multi-instrument, multi-timeframe backtest for just one base instrument, for example. If you are optimizing, running a backtest across a basket of instruments, running a backtest that spans multiple contracts to be merged, then there will be an abort button.

Could we please add a development request and let me know the number?

This doesn’t really make sense when we have consolidated 20 instruments (with two timeframes) into a single NinjaScript. That script could take significant time to run.
