Until the Sunday I everything worked perfect and when

historical data stop!
Hello!
When I opened my pc yesterday I saw that there was a gap
at the charts between 03:00 London time 1-7-2011 and the time
I opened my pc.
Ninja works ok, but there is this gap at the charts.
The option "reload historical data " is available and when I do reload
again the same problem.
I disabled any antivirus and firewall and no solution.
When I open ninja today (Saturday) also the charts stops at
03:00 London time 1-7-2011.
Any suggestion?
Thenk you,
Makis.

Hello Makis,
Please see my response to the email you sent us regarding the same issue.
Can you please check what session template is selected in the Data Series menu of the chart. Please note that the session template determines at what times data is loaded in charts. You can set the session template in the Data Series menu of the chart (right click chart). Could it be the session template selected uses an end time of 3:00 London time?
I suggest to select the 'Default 24/7' session template which does not exclude time and check if the gap persists.
The Session Manager allows you to view the settings of all present session templates, but also allows you to configure them to your liking or create brand new ones as well. More information regarding the Session Manager can be found at the following link.
http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt7/using_the_session_manager.htm
If the issue remains, can you please send me a screenshot of the chart.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Can you please continue to work on either the forum or email but not both as I mentioned in my email.
Since you have NinjaTrader 6.5 installed, you do not have the session template setting - it is only present in NinjaTrader 7.
Please double click the chart and check what start and end times are used. Could it be using an end time of 5:00?
If the issue remains, I recommend to download and install NinjaTrader 7. You can download NinjaTrader 7 from the link below.

Check if the issue remains in NinjaTrader 7.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
