Connecting with NT 6.5 to TWS911

Hi there!
I'm trying to connect ninjatrader 6.5 with TWS v911 and I'm experiencing some difficulties. I also tried to connect with NT7, which did not work as well.
I followed the video through but strange thing happened.. it shows "connected - interactivebrokers" at the left hand corner, but the superDOM is missing...
And also the time reflected on the charts are not updated every minute (it stays as the last time I logged in with my other account)
Please help...

Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”
