Charting In New Version of NT

Is there anyway to enter directly from a charting package. I have Ensign with IB feed. It would be great if I could draw a trend line on a chart and if price crossed it my order would be sent.

If there was a trading toolbar, you could draw entry trigger prices and stops and targets right on the chart.
