Upgraded NT Plus New Contract Period

    Hi
    Just upgraded to latest NT
Also we just moved to new contract period
    Trading 6E
I changed my charts to the latest 6E contract period
My Market teplay data is from previous period
When I run market replay the charts don't replay and update.
Is there a config item I am missing??? Or do I need to do 6E3 vs the current 6E6

    Hello bbucha_stk

    Thank you for your post.

With the data downloaded you may need to set the time to trading hours, try the following steps.

    • Right click on the Market Replay Controller and select 'Available Data' and expand the instruments to see L1 Begin and L1 End -> Press 'Close'
    • Right click on the Market Replay Controller and select 'Go To' and specify the date and a time within the L1 Begin and L1 End -> Press 'OK' to go to the time specified.

Please see the following link for additional information.

I understand how Market replay works.
Once I changed my charts to 6e-06-11 and for example I set to play my market replay for one of my recorded days on 2-16-2011 my charts set themselves for 2/15/2011 but when my market replay controller starts incrementing the date into 2/16/2011 but the charts don't move.
They worked when I was set at 6e03

        Hi bbucha_stk,

You'll need to load a 03-11 chart since that's the contract which is actually being replayed here. Let me know if that doesn't do the trick for you.

            Hi bbucha_stk,

What you'll need to do is add this prior expiry to your default instrument list. The steps required to do so are outlined here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ment_lists.htm
