Charts are off 1 hour (Timezone?)

I just reinstalled NT on a new OS (Clean install) now my charts are off by 1 hour.

My time ET say 10:00 AM charts 9:00 AM.

PC clock is correct. Where is the parm I need to adjust?

With Windows XP there is a patch for Daylight Savings Time that may be the source of the difference between your displayed PC clock and the charts, and if you can please install that patch and then sync your PC clock: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...6-A22AB7DD58C2

Then you can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.
