Price from Kinetick shows 0 at market close

For some reason, my price feed from Kinetick shows up as 0 during market close at 4pm. This triggered my strategy to cover my shorts which shouldn't be. Please see advice what might be causing this problem.

To clarify...Is this is the last price that shows zero or the ask or bid price? What market?

It should be the Last price. I'm trading the FAS instrument in the US market.

Can you please run this indicator on your FAS chart with the Output Window open during the time in question? Please copy/paste any output that is generated by this indicator and paste it here to let us know what you see. The indicator will print whenever there is a 0 price seen.
