Can only get Daily Charts

Hi, I can bring up daily or higher charts ok but once I try anything less than Daily my chart is blank. I have added my data setting to see if you can help.

I'm using NT 7.0.1000.2

Vision Finanical Markets but this was through a link on Optimus Futures as I think they are a VFM Iitroducing Broker.

I just noticed in your screenshot that you are trying to plot an expired contract 03-11. You will need to roll your contracts forward to the next front-month.

Here are the instructions for rolling forward futures contract in NinjaTrader:
