Transfer templates

Hi,

I have saved some templates on my desk and want to use them on my Laptop as well.

Is there any easy way to transfer chart template and market analyzer templates between computers?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

As long as you are moving these files to the same version of NinjaTrader which they were created (NinjaTrader 6.5 to 6.5 or NinjaTrader 7 to 7) you may use the steps I have provided below to move these files:

• Send these files to your Laptop
• Close NinjaTrader on your Laptop
• Go to Documents
• NinjaTrader 7 or 6.5 depending on the version you are using
• Templates
• Save your Market Analyzer template in the Market Anlyzer folder
• Then save your Chart template within the Chart folder
• Close the Documents window
• Restart NinjaTrader
