Not receiving data for a stock

Hi,
I am using the free version of Ninja Trader with my IB account as data provider.

I have imported a handful of stocks that trade on the London Stock Exchange, but one of them does not seem to be working, the stock is TNI (Trinity Mirror).

When importing it I get a message that it imported successfully but I never get any data for it. The other LSE stocks that I have imported seem to work fine.

I wonder if anybody could help me with this please?

Please clarify the following:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you running? This can be found under Help > About…
• What version of the Interactive Brokers TWS software do you currently have installed?
• Are there any errors showing up in the Log tab? (This is the right-most tab in the NinjaTrader Control Center)

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

I am running Version 7.0.1000.4 of NinjaTrader, and I am running Build 915.5 of TWS.

As far as I can see there are no errors in the log, either when I add the stock or when I select it in the orders tab.

As a first step you will need to roll back your version of TWS to 911. You can access the download for this version from the NinjaTrader/Interactive Brokers Connection Guide here:

After this is complete, you will need to confirm you have completed all configuration instructions for both TWS & NinjaTrader (instruction in link above).

Please let me know once this is complete.
