Whats going on?

NT 7.00.4 has many issue i will downgrade to 7.00.2

ok i resolved the issue by changing the session template to 24/7.
Thats bizarre it was set to globex ETH before without problems.

Thank you for your posts and I'm glad to hear it is working now.

You are connecting to IB correct? The error you reported would indicate you were disconnected from the historical data servers from IB.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with ATTN Matthew and reference to this thread

Also attach your most current log and trace files

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20110318.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20110318.txt’


Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
