Range and Volume chart data problem

Hi, I am using IB and I noticed if I use range or volume chart, the only available data is the one when I am online. Reload is not available since it is greyed out. What do I need to do to get those missing data?

I forgot to add, I am using paid subscription of NT 64-bit 7.0.1000.4.

Thank you for your post.

Range and Volume charts are built off of tick data, which is not supplied from IB's historical data servers.

This means you will receive real-time data, but you will not receive additional data from before you connected for these intervals.

In order to receive historical tick data, you will need to subscribe to a secondary data feed provider.
