Time Zones - and charts

good morning all,

Having a tonne of trouble trying to work out the time settings on the charting program. I use Ninja with Interactive Brokers... data coming through but the time zones are way off.

I see a lot of other posts here with people also trying to work it out.

On my local SPI, It is 12.53pm here in Sydney. But on the chart the time zone is 6:53am. Huh ?

But if I change to the ES, the time is now 7:09am. I just cannot work it out... I just want a 24 hour set that I can change using the chart properties...

The problem is with the time axis on the bottom. It just seems to "MISS" hours whenever it feels like it...
Euro Futures . . 1,2,3,4,10,11,12 o'clock... what happened to 5-9 o'oclock ?
SPI Furtures . . 1,2,3,11,12, ummm . . where is 8-11am ?

The properties say 12:00AM - 12:00AM. Data series is for 500 bars.

Where else are these settings kept... The IB charting displays are perfect, but primative.

Secondly, where can I "refresh" or "reload" a chart.

12:00AM to 12:00AM should load all available data onto the chart for you. Are you on a minute chart? If there is no data during those hours then there will be no data shown. The data should be timestamped according to your PC system clock.

Try reloading your data. To do this please follow the steps outlined here. The tool is located under Tools->Historical Data->Reload
