Can not import indicator

Hello,

I just installed NT7.4. I'm getting the following message when I attempt to import a specific indicator that I purchased. The import works on other indicators. I'm getting the following message:

Import failed. Assembly 'BetterSinewave_NT7.xip' can't be imported:
The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

I purchased the indicator from a 3rd party. Before contacting them I want see if this is a simple fix that I can handle. If not, could you give me more detail about this error? ... and is this something you guys would handle or should I refer this to the 3rd party vendor?

Thank you for your post.

That error would indicate to me that another version of the indicator is required for the build of NinjaTrader you're using. You will need to follow up with the indicators vendor on this - please be sure to mention your NT version number when doing so. You'll find that information in the Help > About menu.
