Yes with a paid subscription you would receive real time and historical Tick and Minute data which can be used to create all Tick and Minute based bars such as 5 Minute, 1 Hour, etc.

Before subscribing for real-time Forex price data from Kinetick I'd like to test a few short-time trading systems (1min. 5 min, 15 min, etc.) Is it possible for me to get historic data for evaluations? Please advise.

The free Kinetick End Of Day market data service is built directly into the NinjaTrader 7 trading platform. To establish a connection you will want to go to File > Connect > Kinetick End of Day (free) feed.

Thereafter you can create a chart for daily historical data for any of the supported instruments with Kinetick, and for more information please see the following link:

How can I find the symbol mapping for WTI Crude (IPE)?

I used the Kinetick symbol guide, which stated CRD, but with the symbol CRD NinjaTrader does not download any data.

When adding CRD to the Instrument Manager please select IPE for the Exchange and set the Kinetick mapping to CRD#.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

thanks for your answer, but this does not work.

I managed to load intraday data from Interactive Brokers with the symbol setting WTI|IPE|||1, but nothing was loaded from Kinetick.

Can you please confirm you have IPE set as the Exchange and that you are attempting to open a Daily chart of CRD. When connected to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection you will only have access to Daily, Weekly and Year charts.

IPE is set as the only exchange. I cannot load daily data.

I have further tested the problem. It works with CRD symbol mapping, if I set the exchange to ICE instead of IPE.

However, for Interactive Brokers I have always used the recommended IPE setting.

Can you please confirm that the instrument will correctly work with both datafeeds, if I set the exchange to ICE?

I use both connections in parallel, so I cannot have two different settings.

For Brent Crude BC (Kinetick symbol EB), I use an exchange setting of IPE with both Kinetick and Interactive Brokers. Brent Crude is also traded at IPE.

it does NOT work with IPE, that is why I am posting here. Kinetick only works with CRD and exchange set to ICE (see previous post). I am confused about the correct exchange settings, as I had so far used it with Interactive Brokers and IPE.
