Order State "Unknown"

I have a BuyToCover Stop forex order with State = Unknown. I've called the broker and they've confirmed that there is no outstanding order in their system. I've tried to cancel the order and I've tried restarting NT but the order is still on the platform. How do I remove this order?

I'm using NT 7.0.1000.2. Gain Capital is the broker.

Hope everything is well since we dealt with that Log() error with memory usage in the strategy!

Please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Data--> and click Repair DB.

If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.

If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.

To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset

Trading is going well. Thx for asking. The repair DB + a restart of the platform resolved the issue.
